Formed in 2016, Dundalk Bay Brewery Co was created by parent company Spectac
International, who produce stainless steel and engineering equipment for the food
industry and specialise in brewing and distilling equipment. Products include: Brewmaster
Beer lager, Brewmaster Beer Red Ale, Brewmaster Beer IPA Brewmaster Imperial Stout,
Brewmaster Belgian trappist American Pale Ale, Brewmaster Hog’s Head cask aged Weiss.

Gortinore Distillery produces Natterjack Irish Whiskey, which offers a unique blend, triple
distilled in true Irish spirit and carefully crafted using Irish and American techniques. Their
whiskey started out life aging in bourbon barrels (traditional Irish) and finished in virgin
American oak (traditional American), using just the right amount of char before bottling it
to capture a unique Irish whiskey.
