Artisan distiller from Cork. Minke Gin: named after the Minke Whale, the majestic
creatures that swim wild off the Atlantic Ocean coastline. This same local coastline is

home to the unique botanical, rock samphire that gives Minke Gin its distinct flavour

profile. Using a whey-based spirit gives Minke a unique velvety texture and mouthfeel
with a crisp, dry, fresh and fruity palate. Single Grain Bordeaux Cask Finish: Using a 9-year-

old Irish grain whiskey, gently cut and finished in Bordeaux wine casks at our Atlantic
Ocean warehouse. This is a sweet and fruity whiskey with hints of red berries, rhubarb,
honey and a wood spice with cracked pepper finish.

Coole Swan is a family business, owned and managed by husband and wife team Mary
Sadlier and Philip Brady. Ten years ago, the family set out to make the world’s most
tantalising high-quality small-batch cream liqueur. Though it often seemed like they were
going against the grain, at each step along the way they were simply staying true to their
vision. The company remains proudly independent and actively small. It is a unique blend
of single malt Irish whiskey, Belgian white chocolate and light fresh cream from the family
farm.
