        Premium Gin distiller is based in Ireland’s South East. Gin range: Blackwater No5;

        London Dry style gin. This makes an outstanding G&T but also has enough flavour to
        make amazing gin based cocktails. Barry’s Tea: Barry’s Tea Gin is distilled using fresh
        juniper, sicilian lemons, green cardamom, angelica root, sweet spanish oranges and, of
        course, Barry’s Tea. Wexford Strawberry: Irelands first pink gin made with real Wexford


        strawberries. Not only do we distil the strawberries separately for maximum flavour,
        before bottling we soak even more of them in our gin to further enhance the scent and
        colour.
