Traditional Irish poitín and gin distiller. Micil Irish Poitín - made to the original 170 year
old family recipe, every bottle is carefully hand-crafted here in our distillery in Galway. It’s
distilled from 100% Irish malted barley and a local Connemara botanical called bogbean.
Micil Irish Gin- a west-of-Ireland take on a contemporary dry gin, every bottle of Micil
Irish Gin is carefully crafted using hand-picked local botanicals and infused with the bogs,
hedgerows and seashore of Connemara. Micil Irish Poitín Heritage Edition - distilled using
Connemara bogbean botanical and 100% Irish peated & malted barley and oats.

Rye River Brewing Company, founded in November 2013, employs over 45 people and
produces a range of award winning beers. The World Beer Awards announced Daragh’s
Session IPA as Best Session IPA, Best Double IPA for Dan’s Double IPA, Best Kolsch Style
Beer for Grafters Kolsch Style and Best Classic Pilsner for The Crafty Brewing Company
lager. The company primarily uses hand turned malts in their recipes and use direct-from-
farm hops, ensuring the freshest crops are always used. They propagate their own in-house
yeast strains and do not filter or pasteurise their beers, instead they centrifuge, ensuring

they maintain all the flavour and quality. All their beers are brewed in small 2,500L batches.

Their brewhouse and tank farm are 100% Irish made.
