Irishtown Brewing Co pride themselves on making easy drinking craft beers that are well

balanced but full of flavour. Having spent many years working in the drinks game they sat
on a bar stool and wondered why they found it tough to find a craft beer that they could

drink more than one. So they set about to finding a great brewer and challenged him to

create their perfect beer. Within 12 months of trading they have become the number one
selling craft lager in Ireland and now export to the UK, Holland and Australia. Products
include Dublin Blonde Lager, Dublin Red Pale Ale and Dublin IPA.

Kinsale Mead Co is Ireland’s first meadery in nearly 200 years making light and refreshing,

award-winning drinks, handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, old recipes
and modern techniques. Atlantic Dry Mead: carefully sourced Spanish orange blossom

honey gives a distinctive floral and citrus aroma (12% ABV). Wild Red Mead: a delicious
Wild Red Mead is made from tart Wexford blackcurrants beautifully balanced with dark
cherries (12% ABV). Hazy Summer Mead: a limited release summer mead is a melomel-
style mead made from raw Spanish honey muddled with ripe summer berries. Juicy and
refreshingly light with a summer fruits aroma (11% ABV).
