Wicklow Brewery is a newly established micro-brewery based in Redcross, Co. Wicklow.
The brewery encompasses two-vessel 1,500 litre brewhouse with 8 x 3,000 litre
maturation tanks, 120 seater function room/beer hall, 20 seater audio-visual room
and brewery bistro restaurant. While some breweries outsource certain aspects of the
brewing process, the aim at the Wicklow Brewery is to control the complete cycle - from
brewing to bottling. Seven beers are currently brewed; Helles, St Kevins Red, Weiss, Black
16 Stout, Hopknut Pale Ale, Gingerknut and WB-40 Dank IPA.
