The story of Goatsbridge begins over 800 years ago when the monks of Jerpoint Abbey
fished in the fast-flowing waters of The Little Arrigle River in the heart of The Nore Valley.
In 1961, this river gave life to the creation of the Kirwan’s first fish ponds; now forming the
heart of one of Ireland’s best known trout farms. Product range: fresh rainbow smoked
trout pate, cold smoked trout, BBQ smoked trout, flaked smoked trout, lemon & garlic,
chilli & lime. Goatsbridge also produces a trout caviar, trout fishcakes and goujons.

The Grá brand is applied to a wide range of Irish grown fruits, vegetables and potatoes
with seasonal produce on offer. Their range extends across berries, apples and herbs to
root vegetables like cauliflowers, cabbages and carrots, to salads, like lettuces, tomatoes
and peppers. They also sell a wide range of prepared Irish vegetables.
