Farmers to Market was Ireland’s first registered free range chicken producer, founded

by brothers Charles and John Smith in 1991. Farmers to Market demonstrates a passion
for the environment, respect for livestock and a commitment to providing quality food

sustainably. They offer discerning customers a range of free range chicken products
including whole free range chicken, chicken portions and an exciting new free range
chicken burger that is bursting with flavour. Farmers to Market use a slow growing birds,

reared using a unique feeding, housing and management process where the birds can
roam in grassy pastures at their leisure.
