Our Fresh Produce Market is a tantalizing showcase of
Ireland's thriving food industry. Fifteen Irish producers
come together to display a wide range of Bord Bia
Quality Assured products including premium beef,
lamb, pork, seafood and fresh fruit and vegetables.
Visitors to the show are encouraged to sample and
purchase produce for home consumption. The fresh
produce category is a vital element of the grocery
basket and many of our exhibitors use the opportunity
at Bloom to launch new and exciting additions to their
range. The Market provides the perfect platform for
Bloom visitors to engage first-hand with our
passionate producers who share their passion and
stories of provenance with all those who love good
