For nearly 30 years, Margaret Farrelly and her family have been selling 100% dedicated
free-range eggs. Situated in Mullagh co. Cavan, Margaret’s happy hens spend their days
out on lush green pastures, where they can graze and interact with the farmer for as long
as they choose. Products include: authentic Free Range Eggs and pasteurised free range
egg products - Whole Egg, Egg Yolk and Egg Whites.

Nestled in the heart of the fertile Boyne Valley, the Meade family farm business has
been growing, packing and distributing premium quality potatoes, fruit and vegetables
to retailers across Ireland for over 35 years. They also offer a range of prepared

potato products and are now growing organic potatoes, carrots and onions as well as
conventional crops. A recent investment in a starch extraction plant means that they will

be offering Ireland’s only indigenous, sustainably-produced food grade potato starch to
both manufacturing and retail customers. With a commitment to sustainability ingrained
