Silver Hill Duck are a globally recognised duck producer from Monaghan. Fresh Duck
Fillets - succulent and tender fillets that can be used for a variety of different recipes and
menu ideas. Confit Duck Legs - the duck leg is hand prepared and trimmed, marinated
with subtle combination of garlic, black pepper & herbs before being slow cooked in their
own duck fat to produce the finest duck confit. Crispy Roast Half Duck with Hoi Sin Sauce
and Chinese Pancakes - marinated in a blend of Chinese spices, their succulent tender
meat and crispy skin are accompanied by hoisin sauce and 10 Chinese pancakes.
