Spice O’ Life are a spice and sauce producer located in Dunmanway, Co. Cork, currently
employing 65 people in BRC Grade AA facility. The company produces a wide range of
products, servicing retail (private and own label), foodservice, industrial food processors
and butchers. Spice O’ Life has a diverse manufacturing capability ranging from dry
seasoning blends to liquid sauces, marinades, and dressings, to ready-to-use finished

prepared consumer foods. It is this diverse manufacturing capability that allows them
to provide their customers with the right product, in the right form, at the right time and
place, to meet the rapid changing needs of the consumer today.

The Sunshine Juice company was founded by Paul Walshe in Co.Carlow in 1998. Paul
began the business by squeezing oranges back home in Carlow in his family dairy milking
parlour. Sunshine juice now operates in a 25,000 square foot factory in Carlow employing
over 50 people. The factory itself is the only BRC A approved company in Ireland for juice,
smoothies and fresh fruit salad. Coupling with these factory standards, Sunshine Juice has
received numerous awards for its produce, including 8 Blas na hÉireann Awards and 26
Great Taste Awards.
