Gran Clarkes Bakery was set up in 2004 by David and his wife Sabina. All of their products
are made by hand using the recipes of David’s grandmother – hence the name “Gran
Clarke’s”. Products include: bread (large sandwich size to small rolls and sourdough),

scones, muffins, large range of tray bakes, log cakes and tarts. Outsourcing capabilities
include: tarts, bars, undecorated sponge and madeira cake.
