Flahavan’s has been operating its mill beside the river Mahon for over 230 years. The
Flahavan’s brand has over two million servings consumed each week in Ireland and is also
exported to 17 countries worldwide. The company’s progress oats are sourced from local
farmers within a 60 mile radius of the mill. Flahavan’s product range includes Progress
Oatlets, Organic, Quick Oats, Real Fruit Porridge together with Pinhead, Jumbo Oats and
Oatbran. Ready to eat cereals include Flahavan’s Hi8 Muesli, Granolas and its popular
Flapjacks range. Flahavan’s have recently launched Flahavan’s Gluten Free Irish Pure Oats
and Flahavan’s Overnight Oats - a convenient ready-made mix of delicious Flahavan’s Irish

oats with apple, raspberries, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.

Folláin was established by Mairin and Peadar Uí Lionaird using a family recipe passed
down through generations for grapefruit marmalade. From modest beginnings, the
company continuously grew over the years with a rising demand for Folláin jams,
marmalades, relish and chutneys, and now produce a great variety of award winning
products. Folláin is the Irish word for “wholesome” which is at the core of its commitment
to honest food made with the best of ingredients. Folláin produce an impressive range of
traditional recipe preserves along with their highly successful range of Nothing But Fruit
Preserves, and have recently launched a delicious range of relish products, all available
nationwide.
