        Wexford Home Preserves multi award winning range of preserves is handmade in the
        heart of beautiful Wexford. The small family business employing 8 local people is run by
        Tom and Laura Sinnott who pride themselves on maintaining the traditional methods of
        cooking, the open pot boiling method. All jams and marmalades are handmade using the
        best locally sourced fruit. Their organic range of preserves are made using organic citrus
        from farms in Seville and Sicily. The couple also make a no added sugar range of preserves
        along with a range of chutneys and relishes. All made using 100% natural ingredients.

        Wild about is a multi award winning ethical and sustainable slow food producer, creating
        a range of seasonal foods, grown on their permaculture farm in Co. Wexford and
        sourced locally. They don’t import. Their products are prepared and made from fresh,
        by hand, in small batches. They specialize in native wild ingredients, hosting Ireland’s

        first commercial nettle farm, making a nettle syrup, fresh nettle pesto and last year they
        launched their sparkling nettle drink. They are a small rurally based sustainable food
        business. They believe in the integrity of providence and commitment to the environment
        through great tasting locally produced food.
