        Starting out of his mother’s kitchen, Paul Moore began making chilli sauce with his
        brother and started selling it at his local farmer’s markets and food festivals around the
        country. Rebel Chilli make an award-winning range of fresh chilli sauces. Their products
        are versatile, unique and bursting with fresh flavour and real heat. Their sauces are

        gluten-free, vegan, and do not contain any additives or preservatives. They produce their
        products in Cork and supply shops and restaurants around the country.

        bakery supplying made to order breads, scones, muffins, pastries, cakes and seasonal

        products, as well as a range of dry mixes for home baking. Products are suitable for
        coeliacs, people with gluten or wheat intolerance, and anyone who enjoys delicious
        artisan baking. They change perceptions of gluten-free and pride themselves on quality,
        taste and texture. Since 2017 to date Rosaleen’s Kitchen has won Golds, Silvers & Bronze
        Free From Ireland Awards for a range of products.
