        Simply Fit Food was a established in September 2016 as a result of a heart condition
        Evelyn’s partner was diagnosed with that same year. As a result it was important to them
        that they got his health back on track and he continued to eat healthily. However they

        couldn’t find any healthy food options on-the-go when you had not got time to cook. They
        decided to take this problem into their own hands and began making healthy, nutritious
        meals and chunky soups ranges to give more time back to the customer. Simply Fit Food
        is Ireland’s fastest growing health food brand, specialising in convenient meal solutions to
        help make life that little bit easier! Their ranges are 100% produced in Ireland using up to
        80% Irish ingredients.

        Spoonful Botanical stemmed from travelling across Asia where Conor & Jayne saw how
        the locals used the highest quality herbs & spices in their purest form for medicinal

        purposes. Conor’s nanny Theresa was suffering with Arthritis at the time which inspired
        them to bring home the spices and prepare them in the same way they had seen. Spoonful
