        Rosaleen’s Kitchen is a 100% Irish owned certified gluten free and wheat free artisan


        bakery supplying made to order breads, scones, muffins, pastries, cakes and seasonal

        products, as well as a range of dry mixes for home baking. Products are suitable for
        coeliacs, people with gluten or wheat intolerance, and anyone who enjoys delicious
        artisan baking. They change perceptions of gluten-free and pride themselves on quality,
        taste and texture. Since 2017 to date Rosaleen’s Kitchen has won Golds, Silvers & Bronze
        Free From Ireland Awards for a range of products.

        At Silverskin Coffee Roasters, only the highest quality speciality coffee is purchased and

        roasted onsite. Strict quality measures are used when sourcing green beans. All green
        beans are measured for moisture, density and size. This allows for specific roasting




        profiles to be assigned to individual coffees. Our coffee is craft-roasted daily in small
        batches to guarantee freshness which allows us to maintain strict quality control
        throughout the entire roasting process. It is packaged immediately in airtight, one-way
        valve bespoke packaging to maintain freshness.
