        A family business based in Effin, Co. Limerick, that manufactures a range of cheddar
        cheese without additives under the ‘Old Irish Creamery’ brand name. Master cheese
        maker Jim O’Doherty, wife Lulu, son James and their staff produce a range of natural

        speciality cheeses for home and export markets. The Old Irish Creamery brand has
        won over 60 national and international awards and are stocked by all major retailers
        nationwide and also in some major retailers abroad. Product range includes: Oak Smoked,
        Garlic & Herbs, Chilli, Walnut, Blueberry, Cranberry, Irish Porter, Irish Whiskey, Red Wine,

        single out Old Irish Creamery Cheese as a brand.

        O’Neills Dry Cure Bacon Co. pride themselves on producing bacon that tastes and cooks
        like it should. The multi award winning range, which is produced in their own facility in
        Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, includes dry cured back rashers, streaky rashers, bacon steaks,
        ham fillets and bacon loins. Pat O’Neill is the man behind the scenes, he cures the bacon

        by hand using a traditional recipe with a mix of natural sea salt and sugar. There is less salt
        than conventional bacon and as no water is added, no phosphates are needed. O’Neills
        Dry Cured Bacon Co. has won numerous prestigious awards including Gold at Blas na
        hEireann and IQFA Small Producer of the Year 2019.
