Handcooked vegetable crisps, grown and cooked on Ballycurraginny Farm in East Cork.
Farmer Joe Burns and his wife Sandra have come up with an innovative way to add value
to the produce on their farm, resulting in a range of beetroot, carrot and parsnip crisps,
delicately sprinkled with sea salt and deliciously crunchy and full of flavour. The product
range now also includes a recently introduced ‘Potato Medley’ - a blend of heritage
potatoes with a sprinkle of sea salt.
