Herbel Crest produce King of Kefir, a range of natural full flavoured, low calorie fermented

drinks, teeming with gut friendly bacteria from water kefir. Herbel Crest was founded in
2013, by Gerry Scullion with the ambition to create a healthy alternative to sugary drinks.
Since then they have been brewing small batch fermented non-alcoholic beverages in

an old chocolate factory in the heart of Dublin, in Ireland’s first dedicated water kefir

brewery.
