Gran Grans Foods was established in 2014 by husband and wife team Nigel & Magaly Murray.
Gran Grans Foods produce artisan products using local and homegrown produce. Nigel is
an international chef with many years of experience in different cuisines and has developed

a range of gluten free, vegan friendly, no preservatives nor additives condiments, following
traditional methods to ensure the quality and the “taste of home” of all their products. Gran
Grans Foods’ versatile range includes preserves, relishes, dressings, dips, infused oils, and

seafood sauces. Among this ever growing range, you can find Tandoori Dip, Carrot Cake
Marmalade, Lemon, Ginger & Cardamom Marmalade, Roasted Chilli Jam, Chimichurri Sauce
from Argentina and Pio Pio from Peru. They are stocked in independent shops, delis, garden
centres, craft butchers, and cafes.

Green Saffron is a family business importing the freshest, highest quality whole spices

directly from India to Midleton, Cork. From these high quality fresh spices the company

creates the finest authentic spice blends to bring a true taste of India to Irish homes. Arun
Kapil decided to leave his career in the music industry in the UK to set up the business

following a course in Ballymaloe cookery school. His idea to focus on the finest spices
came from his own Indian background and his family are very involved in the business.
