Coffee: new ‘Take Home’ offering under the Warbler & Wren brand
that delivers on authenticity and craft and is provided in sustainable
packaging – perfect to add value to Click & Collect and Take-Away
menus. Findlater & Co. also offer a full service coffee solutions model to
include blends, training, equipment (including non-touch solutions for
usage on coffee machines and equipment), service & maintenance.

Bakery: Development and provision of in-store bakery packaging
solutions to complement bread mix offerings and help support
consumer trust and confidence. Recent launch of an Odlums Craft
Sourdough mix developed by their Master Baker: Tony Kane, in the
bakery training & NPD centre located at the Portarlington Mill.

Sustainability Credentials:
Coffee: Compostable options available on all takeaway cups and lids,
all coffee brands are locally roasted in Broomhill. A large selection of
coffees are 100% Arabica and the company also offers organic blends
and proudly supports Fairtrade and the Rainforest Alliance initiatives.
Bakery: Product sizes developed with catering customer requirements
in mind, thus minimising waste. Range of bakery recipes can also
deliver on consumer demand for healthier options – from organic flours
& mixes, malted products, seeds and pulses to wholemeal options on
established staples.
