Company Profile:
Findlater & Co. is the Foodservice arm of Valeo Foods Ireland, providing
specialist food and beverage solutions with a focus on the Out of Home
channel. The company operates under three separate divisions – 1. Coffee;
2. Food (Bakery & Culinary); 3. Wine.

Foodservice Product Range:
Coffee: drawing on over 100 years of coffee roasting and expertise and
with the usage of a state-of-the-art Brambati coffee roaster. Findlater &
Co. pride themselves on coffee creativity and roast consistency, presided
over by their resident Q Grader and Master Roaster: Gareth Scully. Brand
portfolio includes Robert Roberts, Warbler & Wren, Salana & Eshe and
Vivaldi, in addition to a full Private Label offering.

Food:
- Bakery: under the Odlums brand, the company offers tailored and
bespoke bakery mixes, flours, raw materials and inclusions.

- Culinary: a wide variety of sauces, condiments, preserves, canned foods,
seasonings, bouillons and soups under a range of known and trusted Irish
brands: Chef, Batchelors, Erin and Shamrock.
