Sustainability Credentials:
Coolhull Farm is an Origin Green verified member and committed to
a sustainability plan that sets out clear targets in areas such as food
waste, water and energy useage, responsible sourcing of ingredients,
health and nutrition and social sustainability. Significant gains have
been made in the area of raw material sourcing since 2015, when the
company began making their own cream cheese for their cheesecakes,
together with baking their own biscuits for biscuit crumb.

The company has also significantly reduced inbound packaging,
emissions in transport and reduction of preservatives, creating
healthier cleaner labels for their range of products.
