Company Profile:
Founded in 1990, Ballymaloe Foods produces a range of natural and
versatile condiments, including the ever popular Ballymaloe Relish.
All products are made with 100% natural ingredients. In 2020 the
company celebrates 30 years of supplying the Irish foodservice
industry and has long established relationships with valued and loyal
customers.

Foodservice Product Range:
Relishes, Meat Sauces & Accompaniments, Pickled Beetroot, Salad
Dressings, Pasta Sauces and Mayonnaises. The range is gluten free,
all products are vegetarian friendly and most are suitable for vegans.
Ballymaloe Foods use only the finest quality ingredients in all of their
products, including Irish beetroot which is grown only a couple of miles
from their production unit in east Cork. The range is available in various
formats for ease of use, from larger 5kg/3kg units through to deli
bottles, mini jars (35g) and dip pots (27g). The company has the facilities
and expertise to produce a wide range of sauces with consistent quality
and taste.
