Bia’s Gookies has been producing high quality free from products in the Gaeltacht village
of Ballingeary since 2011. The team of local bakery experts ensure that going gluten free
does not mean a compromise on taste. They deliver a delicious range of cookie dough,
biscuits, bars and brownies. At the certified gluten free facility the team produce bespoke
products for national brands such as Kelkin and Supervalu Free From, as well as smaller
brands that have entered the market in the last five years.

Bluebell Falls Farmhouse Goats Cheese is a multi-award-winning handmade, soft cheese
made with the milk from our their herd of goats in County Cork. Their goats graze freely
on the grass of the family farm and the diversity of the breed, and traditional cheese-
making techniques, give Bluebell Falls a delicate milky taste and creamy consistency.
Product is available in 120g retail packs and 500g for foodservice in three varieties.
