Artisan producer of a range of award-winning preserves. Down a quiet country lane in
the Boyne Valley, Nicola Smyth and her small team produce the Big Red Kitchen range
of homemade jams, marmalades, dessert sauces and chutneys. Blending traditional
methods with some modern flavour innovation, and taking inspiration from local Irish
produce and the surrounding wild hedgerows, has resulted in this multi award-winning
product range.
